Payment Policy

Full payment is required at least 15 days prior to the check-in date to secure your reservation.

If the payment is not received within this timeframe, the reservation may be subject to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy:

There will be no charge for cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the check-in date.

For cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will be applicable.

Refund and Adjustment Policy for Short Stays:

In the event of a short stay (less than the initially booked duration), refunds or adjustments will be provided for unused nights.

Refunds or adjustments will be made based on subsequent bookings, allowing for up to 50% of the nightly cost to be refunded or adjusted against future stays.
